Whether you're at reception, out in the facility, or checking in from the bar, you can manage access, monitor conditions, and respond in real time—right from your hands. Plus, every site is supported by a dedicated Blyx Account Manager who spends time on the ground with your team—observing firsthand, identifying improvements, and helping tailor the system so it works exactly the way you need it to.

Let’s face it—after a long shift, when your brain’s running on empty and you’ve
got a dozen things to juggle, the last thing you want is a complicated system that
adds more stress. That’s exactly why we built Blyx the way we did: simple,
intuitive, and actually helpful when you need it the most.
We told our designers to focus on one thing—ease of use. And we’re proud to say
that’s exactly what we’ve got. The result? A platform that’s as straightforward as
it gets, with clear icons, easy-to-understand colours, and animations that guide
you every step of the way. Whether you’re unlocking a door, granting access to a
boom gate, or checking who accessed the storeroom last—Blyx makes
everything obvious and easy.
But access isn’t just about doors. Blyx is versatile—it can control gates, plate
dispensers, lockers, medical storage, vehicles, you name it. Want to track usage
or restrict access to certain areas? Done.
It sounds a bit complex, but really, it boils down to three questions:
1. Who’s the person?
2. What are you giving them access to?
3. For how long or how many times?
Click save, and just like that, they’re all set to use the Blyx app or an RFID token
to access what they need. Simple.
Need access granted offsite or from the village manager’s room? No problem. If
someone locks themselves out, again you just identify the guest, select the door,
and click UNLOCK—no need to get up, no need to get dressed. It's that easy.
And here’s where things get even more useful. With Blyx, you can also view
real-time room conditions and remotely control devices like AC units and TVs.
Got a guest arriving late during a cold snap? No worries. The onsite team can
preheat their room remotely and check the temperature data to confirm it’s
warm and welcoming by the time they arrive.
Need to know which rooms are currently occupied by night shift workers so they
aren’t disturbed? The dashboard shows exactly which rooms have human
presence, and whether there’s movement—giving your team the insight they
need to make smarter, more respectful decisions.
Blyx is always learning from how people use it, so we keep making it even
easier—and maybe even a little fun! Our goal is simple: to make your life easier in
every way we can.
Plus, you get a dedicated Account Manager for every site. They’re not just there
to troubleshoot—they get to know your facility, your setup, and your goals.
Backed by a full support team, their job is to make sure you’re getting the most
out of Blyx. More usage means more data, and more data means better
decisions.

The interface is clean and intuitive—but behind the scenes, there’s a lot of clever
technology doing the heavy lifting. Don’t worry—you don’t need to understand all
the technical details. Just call your Account Manager. They’re on hand to take
care of the nitty-gritty, or if you want to learn, we’re happy to teach. For some
sites, full independence works best, and we’re totally here for that too.
