Blyx still connects with your booking or room management system to understand which rooms are occupied. That means you can monitor usage, automate air conditioning, and confirm guest arrival—all from one smart little box.

The system can automatically adjust AC units based on occupancy—turning them off when rooms are empty or dialling them back during the day (no more arctic tundra while everyone’s at work). Guests can still adjust the temperature when they’re back, but even small changes lead to noticeable energy savings.

And it’s not just about comfort. The Environment Controller collects temperature and humidity data at regular intervals over extended periods of time—giving you the insight to flag rooms most at risk for black mould. It’s about staying proactive, not reactive, and solving problems before they start.
